Cursive 2026.3.0-eap3

Cursive 2026.3.0-eap3 is out. It's primarily a bugfix release, fixing one bug with REPL commands, particularly when using git worktrees. It also fixes a lot of bugs from the exception tracker, and adds support for some of the new destructuring syntax in the new Clojure 1.13 releases.
