Cursive 2025.2.1-eap5

Cursive 2025.2.1-eap5 is out. This release doesn't contain any Clojure development feature changes, but it includes the IDE part of a new centralised system for managing Cursive licences that larger customers have been asking for for a long time now. Other than that, this release is identical to eap4.

There are no tracked issues for this release.
