Cursive 1.14.0-eap3

Cursive 1.14.0-eap3 is out. It's a bugfix release, fixing two issues with the REPL switching where actions were disabled incorrectly.

Here are the issues:

• Jump to REPL and Output commands no longer work when not in a Clojure file #2976
